AskSophie, is a health platform owned and operated by CloudMedx, Inc. that enables you to search for health and wellness information as a visitor. It allows Members who register to gather and manage their health information online and to receive more personalized health and wellness information.

Closing your account. If you no longer desire to use the AskSophie Services, you may close your account directly online. To do so, click on “user profile” and then click “delete account.” After you close your account, you will not be able to sign in to our website or access any of your information. However, you can open a new account at any time. If you close your AskSophie account, we have no obligation to retain your information and may delete any or all of your account information without liability.
